Pre-K students at Southwest Louisiana Charter Academy have fun learning! They learned all about the letter I, including how it sounds, and words that start with “I” during their ELA lessons. One of the words they learned about was “igloo”! They counted 258 milk jugs to create an igloo during math lessons. To connect the theme to social living lessons, students learned about shelter, animals, people, temperature, and snow. Watch out for our Pre-K students because they truly enjoy preparing for kindergarten!
